Container made from werregue fiber with a hill design, crafted by the Wounaan indigenous communities located on the Colombian Pacific coast. Werregue containers represent the ancestral culture of the Wounaan people. The indigenous people weave the fiber from the werregue palm, which has a spiny trunk that can reach up to 200 meters in height. Weaving this fiber is a true art form, and through it, they can produce a variety of products with modern designs and figures representative of the Wounaan culture.
